About me

I am Assistant Professor at Ozyegin University's Computer Science Department since September 2020.


My research interests are in bioinformatics, machine learning applications on financial and social networks. See my cv for details.

I have published in number of journals and conferences during my PhD, receiving best research paper award at Recomb 2016 conference. Since the end of 2015, I have worked at Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan as quantitative strategist and applied ML Researcher.
